i always thought she was cute & a bit of a smart ass
in some ways she still belongs to me

our love went further than the garden hole do you see
lovers & friends live hand in hand
we danced as our ears heard the band
the music carried our hearts to a not forgotten land
where i kissed her lips with her beautiful feet in the sand
romance never dies it's a seed without end
again she's that kind of friend
she's more than most men can comprehend
it's such a perfect match
when i put my pole in the water she was the perfect catch
i dream of her now & then and see how important her time was
clothes or no clothes there was no time for because
we were married before they said it was legal
when you see the beach landscape you'll see a seagull
when you see me & her meet again you'll surely see an eagle
